These terms cover the Wag Tags Connect website and apps. The service is operated by Austin Blythe, an individual, not a company. By using the website or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

The service

Wag Tags Connect lets a doggy day care tap a tag on a dog's collar, take a photo, and send it to that dog's owner in the owner's app, with a notification.

The product is still being built. It is not generally available. Pricing is not set. We do not promise that the service will stay available, that a feature will work a particular way, or that we will offer it on any schedule. We can change, pause, or stop the service at any time. There is no service-level agreement.

Accounts

The apps use an account. You can sign in with Google, Apple, or an email code. You are responsible for activity on your account. Email us at hello@wagtagsconnect.com if you think someone else is using it.

You must be able to agree to these terms. The service is meant for day cares and dog owners, not for children.

Photos and other content you submit

You keep ownership of the photos and other content you submit. You give Austin Blythe a limited permission to store, transmit, and display that content only as needed to run the service: to show a day photo to the linked owner, and to show a profile photo with the dog's profile.

Day photos are deleted within 3 days. The app is not a photo archive. A profile photo stays until the profile or account is deleted.

You promise that you have the right to submit what you submit, including photos of dogs in your care, and that doing so does not violate someone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• use the service to harm, harass, or deceive anyone
• upload content you do not have the right to share
• try to break, probe, or disrupt the service
• use the service in violation of the law

We can suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.

Our content

The Wag Tags Connect name, logo, and the text and design of this website belong to Austin Blythe. These terms do not give you any right in the name or the software except the right to use the service while we offer it.

Privacy

The privacy policy explains what we collect and how to ask for deletion. It is part of these terms.

Apple

If you download the iOS app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to that download. If Apple requires its standard terms to control over these terms on a particular point, Apple's terms control for that point. Apple is not responsible for the service. Questions and claims about the service should come to us, not to Apple.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a photo will be delivered, that a tag will identify the right dog, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Austin Blythe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data or photos. Total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or fifty US dollars if you paid nothing.

Some places do not allow these limits. Where they do not, the limits apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date at the top. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, stop using the service and delete your account.
